To enable you to book in complete confidence, we’ve released a range of 2021 USA & Canada Escorted Touring holidays which are available on a zero deposit basis*. Unlike other zero deposit schemes, we will not ask you to enter into a monthly direct debit payment scheme, insist you pay by instalments or require a deposit payment from you within 28 days of confirming your holiday.
All we ask is that the final payment is made by the balance due date displayed on your confirmation paperwork. Typically, this will be 10-14 weeks before your scheduled departure date, dependent on the travel services you have asked us to organise on your behalf e.g. flights, pre and post tour extensions, activities etc. Furthermore you’ll continue to receive our renowned personal service, which includes a dedicated North America Travel Specialist who will remain your sole point of contact throughout and will be available to you 7 days a week (including evenings) to answer any questions you may have.

What travel elements does the zero deposit offer refer to?
We can currently offer our valued clients a zero deposit on a fantastic range of 2021 USA & Canada Escorted Touring holidays (tour only) and any pre and/or post tour hotel accommodation, activities and excursions.
I’ve noticed that the price of the Escorted Tour doesn’t include International flights. Can you arrange our flights for us and will flight-inclusive packages be covered under the zero deposit offer?
Yes, we can arrange your flights to suit your ideal holiday itinerary. We work with all of the major scheduled air operators and will be able to offer you competitive prices in all available seat categories operated by your chosen airline. For bookings which include flights, we do ask for a small deposit (typically no more than £50pp) to cover flight issuance and industry protection fees. The exact deposit will be confirmed to you in your holiday proposal document. For your financial peace of mind we are both ABTA & ATOL protected. Holiday packages which include international flights are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 0944.
Can I include one of your zero deposit escorted tour holidays as part of a wider itinerary?
Absolutely! We are renowned for creating dream tailor-made holiday itineraries for our clients. When you make contact with Discover North America, you will be assigned a dedicated travel specialist who will work with you to create your perfect itinerary. Packages which include flights and/or non-refundable items will require a small deposit which will be detailed in your holiday proposal document.
What if I need to cancel my holiday?
Bookings made through our ‘Book with Confidence’ zero deposit offer may be cancelled down free of charge, provided we are notified in writing before the final balance due date.
For bookings which include flights or non-refundable elements, any cancellation requests will result in loss of the initial deposit paid to cover the non-refundable fees, provided we are notified in writing before the final balance due date.
All cancellation requests received after the final balance due date will be subject to the cancellation fees detailed in our booking terms and conditions.
How can I pay the holiday balance?
We offer a number of payment methods which include debit / credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Can I make amendments to my holiday?
Yes, we will endeavour to accommodate amendments to your holiday. Please note that whilst Discover North America do not charge any amendment fees as standard, our suppliers might! Also, any changes made to a reservation are likely to be made at the prevailing rate, such as changing the air departure point or seat category. Full details of the change fees will be given to you before ant amendments are made to your holiday.
Will you be adding more holidays to your zero deposit offer?
