The Villages side offers 400 acres of landscaped grounds, townhouse-style accommodations, Cape Cod’s only 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course tennis courts, pools and more. The mansion side of the resort resembles an English country manor with an eclectic blend of Renaissance Revival and Gothic themes. A private beach is available for Mansion-side guests. Both sides offer restaurants and pubs to suit a variety of tastes, from a casual tavern with wide-screen TVs to more intimate fine dining. Guests will enjoy access to water sports on the resort’s Blueberry Pond, 4 pools, 2 fitness center, bike rentals, and shuttle service.

Ocean Terrace features a sophisticated bar and dining area adjacent to the historic Nickerson Mansion where guests will enjoy breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. Ocean Terrace features three intimate dining rooms in the Mansion, preserved to reflect the turn-of-the-century period of the Nickerson family.

Only Mansion-side guests enjoy access to the resort’s private beach, and the pampering continues with full chair, towel, food and beverage service. Beach bonfires at sunset on select nights in-season cap off the stay in glorious Cape Cod fashion.
