Tucked privately on a knoll, in an Asheville neighborhood fringed by stately trees, Cumberland Falls Bed & Breakfast welcomes everyone who wants to explore this amazing city and then relax on our porch or in the gardens. A slate path, edged by green ferns, serves as escort to the front door. The pineapple fountain, an age-old sign of hospitality, ushers you to the front porch~ letting you know you’re home. We seek to offer the best of hospitality to Everyone! Our historic, neighbourhood setting offers each guest convenient access to Asheville NC’s most sought-after areas – A 15-minute walk to downtown, 3 miles to Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway- an easy 15 minutes.

Our turn-of-the-century house, on ¾ acre of beautifully tended gardens, has only six guest rooms. We are able to offer our guests the privacy that inspires romantic getaways and enhances celebrations of any kind. Our property specializes in casual elegance with each guest room offering its own special magic.

Our gardens are exceptional, encouraging relaxation and providing peace. Bright, colorful perennials and evergreens dot the landscape-Enjoy them and help us feed the Koi fish. The frequent, enthusiastic visits by our guests to the pond have given these fish a personality of their own. They are now attention seeking quickly making the swim to the side of the pond just for your personal attention.

Breakfast at the inn has developed quite a reputation among our guests both new and those returning. Setting an alarm clock is usually not required, as we find the fresh aroma of hot muffins or the tangy familiarity of bacon does the trick nicely. Two courses all freshly made, our breakfast begins your bright new morning perfectly.
