The Dallas Arts District provides a unique, walkable and vibrant urban space in downtown Dallas. The space is also the largest contiguous urban arts district in the United States.
In the first section of the tour you will learn about the AT&T Performing Arts Center, where audiences enjoy the best and most recent from Broadway and are entertained by the finest dance companies from across the globe, and the Booker T. Washington High School for the Visual and Performing Arts. We will visit the stunning, state-of-the-art Winspear Opera House, recognized as America’s finest opera house and the Meyerson Symphony Center, home to the Dallas Symphony. We will also stop by the Wyly Theatre, the Belo Mansion, and the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe
The second part of our tour includes a guided visit of the Dallas Museum of Art. The DMA collection contains over 24,000 works of art spanning 5,000 years of human creativity. During our hour long visit, your artist / guide will explore the highlight of this immense collection.
